Terrill Thompson

Terrill Thompson is the founder and principal of CTThompson Consulting, an organization development consulting business that specializes in increasing the effectiveness of mission-driven organizations, coalitions and social justice groups by providing customized facilitation, consulting, and training support. Terrill has nearly fifteen years of professional leadership development, training, facilitation and strategic planning experience. Terrill works with a wide range of mission-driven organizations, from large international organizations to small community groups, and leads capacity building workshops for audiences across the country. Terrill brings an international perceptive to his work, with extensive experience in Eastern and Southern Africa and Southeast Asia. He has an open and collaborative approach that respects and builds upon clients’ expertise.
Terrill earned a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from American University/NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, where he was awarded a Segal-Seashore Fellowship for his commitment to social justice. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College.
