Rosalind A. Spigel, MSOD, ACC is the Principal of Spigel Consulting, Inc., a firm that specializes in Organization Development, Leadership Coaching, and Hiring. Rosalind brings creativity, innovation and insight to support the engagement and alignment of organization, team, and individuals to achieve shared goals.  She designs and facilitates strategic plans through implementation, and offers workshops and training in team building, communication, board development, and capacity building. Rosalind is a consultant with the Nonprofit Center at La Salle University and the Social Transformation Project, and is a Coach to the American University’s Master of Science, Organization Development (MSOD) program.

Rosalind earned her BA from George Washington University and holds a MSOD from the American University/National Training Laboratories (AU/NTL) where she received the Hal Kellner Award for contributions to issues of diversity and social justice.  Rosalind received her coach training from the Gestalt International Study Center and certification from the International Coaching Federation. She is trained to lead our english courses and classes and is certified to administer and interpret the TTI Insights behavior and motivator instruments (DISC). A former Executive Director, Rosalind brings over 30 years of experience in working for and with nonprofits.
