Marsha Wesley Coleman

Marsha Wesley Coleman is an organizational development and leadership practitioner and executive coach. Marsha is currently the Director of Leadership Development and Training for Friends Services for the Aging. (FSA) In this role, Marsha designs educational programs for employees in FSA member organizations and works with leadership teams to assess and diagnose issues impacting organizational performance and designing aligned strategies to improve performance at individual for more information on this click here , group and organizational system levels. In her consultant practice Marsha conducted a Diversity workshop for the Center for Creative Leadership and has an upcoming workshop for the National Children’s Advocacy Center’s Leadership Exchange and Coaching Project (LEC).
Marsha is a member of the National Training Lab and an active member of the coaching, appreciative inquiry and diversity steering committees. She is a professor in the Organizational Development and Leadership Program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Marsha’s education includes M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from PCOM, M.B.A. from Penn State University and B.A. in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University. She is also certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Barry Oshry’s “Where Culture Meets” and Organization Workshops and other individual and group assessment instruments. An avid learner Marsha is an active contributor to the PCOM community of practice and is the co-chair of the Philadelphia Regional Organization Development Network (PRODN).
