Dolores A. Davis is the founder and President of Davis Associates Consulting Group, Inc., a certified minority and woman owned business established in 1999, to develop and address organizational performance and effectiveness. Ms. Davis has built an extensive resume focused on organizational development, training, management consulting, instructional design and executive coaching. She has more than twenty years of management level corporate experience with the Vanguard Group and with Verizon Corporation as well as government, non-profit and workforce development organizations. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, (PCOM), in their Organizational Development and Leadership program.

Ms. Davis has a wide range of expertise and regularly facilitates workshops on topics such as: team building, Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, change, stress management, communication skills, presentation skills, and customer service. Ms. Davis specializes in leadership development and diversity. She has designed and implemented workshops and interventions to address team-specific and broad organizational issues with emergency home solutions water damage repair. Dolores is an adjunct faculty member of other training, coaching and consulting firms such as: Hemsley-Fraser and Right Management.
