
What Is Wellness Coaching?
We all need to change some elements in our lives in order to reach our full potential, but, sometimes, the changes needed to get you where you want to be are difficult. As a wellness coach, my job is to help my clients make changes that will yield the greatest results with the least wasted effort. Coaching is a guilt-free, no-nag zone, in which your personal well-being is the number one priority.
Wellness coaching is a personal and powerful relationship between the coach and the client. With weekly telephone sessions and unlimited email support, we will discuss your concerns and goals, identify the obstacles to achieving those goals, and work together to develop a plan to overcome the obstacles. You will learn how to stop doing what does not work and how to begin doing what DOES work. We will look at:

- Where you want to go
- How to get there
