The Coaching Adventure
The coaching process uses weekly sessions to create concrete results. You receive private, personal contact either on the phone or in person. Sessions will be set up at your convenience and, of course, all sessions are confidential and private.
The program begins with your willingness to look inside yourself and say:
- I need this
I want this
I am worth it
I am open to change
I am ready to go the distance to get there
If you decide that now is the time to make changes in your life, you will complete a questionnaire about your current health and have your primary physician sign a medical release. This helps me know where you are and where you want to go related to your health and wellness.
From there, our first session will focus on creating your personal wellness vision. As your coach, I will guide you through this process, but it is YOUR vision. Each week we will design a weekly plan, with goals that are specific and measurable, to help you get where you want to be. The process takes time, patience and a positive outlook. I will help you tap into your confidence and strengths and do my best to:
- Bring out the best in you
Help you realize your vision
Help you reach the goals you've set for yourself
Help you overcome the obstacles in your way
Along the journey, you will find that
I will believe in you more than you believe in yourself sometimes, encourage you to be your best, run along side you and cheer you on, help you stay motivated and on track. push you when you need pushing, and hold you accountable.
