Rebecca believes that wellness is a philosophy that we live by each day as we make choices to be healthy. But, as all of our lives get more hectic, one of the comments that she often hears from clients who are considering working with her is that they don't even have the time to commit to a wellness program. These are feelings that she can certainly empathize with because she has successfully traveled on her own journey through raising a family, many losses and life changes, illness, and career changes. She knows that change is hard, but absolutely possible when combined with hard work, desire, and commitment..
You will appreciate the fact that Rebecca “walks the talk” with respect to striving for self improvement. The power of hope, applied appreciation, and helping others believe in themselves are all strongly embedded in the coaching style she uses. As you experience the coaching process, you will find that when you listen to your intuition and follow your passion, good things will happen.
